Purchaser agrees to the following:

 1)       Under no circumstances will this kitten be sold, leased or given away, or sold to any pet shop, research laboratory or similar facility without written permission of the Seller.

2)       The kitten should be taken good cave of and adequate veterinary service.

3)       This kitten is purchased for Pet________ Breeding__________ Show___________

4)       This kitten (cat) will be kept indoors and not be allowed to roam freely outside.

5)       In case the animal ( kitten ) has been sold as a PET class, the Purchaser is obliged to sterilize it by the eight months age or not to use it for breeding.If the interdiction for breeding is broken, the Purchaser pays a fine ( equivalent to the animal price ) to the Seller.

6)       If the animal has been sold as a BREEDER - class, the Purchaser has no right to claim against the Seller because of unsatisfactory exhibition estimate.

7)       If the animal has been sold as a SHOW - class, the Seller warrants its exhibition qualities at the moment of animal sale. The Seller bears no responsibility for subsequent ( further ) development of the animal and its exhibition career success.

8)       If this kitten ( cat ) is found to be neglected or mistreated, Purchaser will surrender said kitten ( cat ) to the Seller unconditionally with all its registration and exhibition documents.

9)       No cash refunds.

10)    There is no return of the deposit as it is to be retained for liquidated damages. 

11)    During 3 days the Purchaser has the right to examine the animal health at his ( her ) own expense at the licensed veterinary clinic. The Seller is under an obligation to take the animal back with synchronous repayment ( price of the animal ) during 3 ( three ) days from the date of selling. At the same time the veterinary certificate confirming animal ill health at the moment of purchase should be presented. 

12)    In case the Purchaser didn't exercise his right mentioned above (paragraph 11), later on claims as to animal health are not taken into consideration ;

13)    No repayment when three days period of guarantee validity is over.

14)    Other conditions of sale are as follows: Here in Russia guarantee of the PDK - test 95-98 percent.
